Leicester Primary SCITT Teacher Training Information Event

This will be an informative evening where you can learn more about the structure of the course, how school placements work and get advice on completing your application form. We’ll answer those burning questions you have about teacher training interview process.

In the first hour, we offer information regarding the different routes into Initial Teacher Training (including University, SCITT and School Direct routes) and personalised advice regarding the next steps for YOU to take to successfully apply for ITT;

In the second hour, we offer a workshop to help you make the most of any pre-course experience in schools. This workshop is specifically designed to provide excellent preparation for teacher training and ITT interview processes. We can also discuss opportunities for suitable candidates to gain school experience alongside teachers in partnership schools.

You can come along for just one of the two hours or attend the whole event, depending on where you are in your application process.
